Venue Rental Terms & Conditions

  • A 50% deposit of the total venue rental amount is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid to the venue provider
  • An additional 20% deposit for the package and decor is due on the day of the booking.
  • The first booking deposit for bridal vendors is $1,000, the first booking deposit for photography services is $800 and the first booking deposit for videography services is $800.
  • All additional hours does not include vendor services.

Cleaning fees & Cancellation charges
