Experience with Lagun Sari was very pleasant from the get go. They were able to accomodate increasing my order 2 days before my party. On the day itself,the foood came within the time frame given. Food was in microwavable containers and were neatly packed. Not a single spillage of sauces or oils. Which is a major plus point. When the food reached my house it was still warm. Taste wise, my guests and I thought the food was delicious and tasty. It was not overly spicywhich was greatly appreciated in my household. I must mention the prawns in the sambal goreng was :surprisingly big. In future, I may request for a small buffet set up. Will check with the team if this was a possibility. Will order again when we next have another event.:)

Liaising and ordering done through whatsapp. Quite responsive. They are able to cater to cater to my request despite I felt it was short notice.
Food was well presented in aluminium tray.
All the dishes were delicious and tasty. Especially Nasi Gajus, Terong Balado, Udang Tiga Rasa and Thai Spicy prawn mango salad.
Received compliments from my guests and they enjoyed the food.
Cheng Tng was abit on a sweeter side but can be adjusted by adding some water or ice.
Delivery was slightly late due to rainy weather and heavy traffic. Delivery guys were nice and polite.
Disposable utensils were provided even serving spoon and tongs. They even provided extra.
Overall, I am delighted with the service and experience.
