LED wall usage will incur additional charges at $2000++.
A surcharge of $1+/pax is applicable for 250 or more guests.
A security deposit of $1000 must be made to the Venue Provider 2 months before Event Date and will be returned within 1 month after the Event if there is no damage to the Ballroom.

Venue Rental Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit of the total venue rental amount is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid to the venue provider.
- An additional $2000 deposit for the catering package and $500 deposit for decor services is required on the day of the contract signing.
- All additional hours for venue rental does not include vendor services.
